Prof. Neha Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy Area at IIM Amritsar. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree from Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. She was a recipient of the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).Her research interests include women entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, sustainability and disability studies. She has published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. She has received funding from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Government of India for attending international conferences. She was honoured with the Best Researcher Award by the ITSR Foundation in 2023.Prior to joining IIM Amritsar, she served as an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana. She also has teaching experience at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi.
