Doctoral Colloquium Submissions

DocColl 2026 invites submissions on Business Management and related disciplines, like Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Methods & Operations Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Strategic Management, Information Technology, and Business Communications, among others. Submissions may also include a non-MSMEs context.

All submissions have to be made using the Doctoral Colloquium template.

Authors must declare that the paper is not published, under consideration, or accepted for publication elsewhere. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Extended Abstract

Prepare and submit an extended abstract (2000-2500 words, excluding references, tables, and figures) in Microsoft Word. Submissions exceeding 2500 words will not be reviewed. Include a 300-word abstract on the first page that outlines the importance, methodology, conclusion, and implications of your research. Up to four keywords can be provided. The first page must contain the title, abstract, and keywords. Paper content begins on the second page, with the last page reserved for references. Copyrighted material should be identified, and explicit permission for reproduction must be submitted separately to the Doctoral Colloquium email. No changes to the title, abstract, or authorship are allowed after submission.

  • It is mandatory to mention "Doctoral Colloquium 2026" on the top of the submission – be it extended abstract or abstract in order to be considered for the Doctoral Colloquium 2026. Also, the submission file name to be kept as DC2026.
  • Doctoral Colloquium Competition Track for Best Paper Award:

    Only participants who submit an extended abstract are eligible for the Doctoral Colloquium competition track. Eligibility does not guarantee entry into the competition track. The decision of the best paper award rests solely with IIM Amritsar.

Removal of Authors' Identity

Remove the author-identifying information from the document's file properties. This can be done in Word by using/clicking on the "Properties" feature (use Word's Help resource for further details on how to use it). To ensure a blind review, authors must avoid revealing their identities in the body or reference section of the paper. Further, do not include a front page with author-identifying information. At the time of submission via email, the submitter will be asked to provide complete contact information for all authors, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
