Message from Chairperson

Greetings!

At IIM Amritsar, we believe in the human pursuit of igniting infinite possibilities. We are the 15th IIM set up under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, in the holy city of Amritsar, that serves as the ideal context for developing value-based business leaders of the future. Having recently crossed the first decade of our existence, we look forward to carrying forward and cementing our legacy.

Business Management, being an applied discipline, on-the-job experience is central to our ecosystem. The Placement Wing at IIM Amritsar has been central to establishing relationships with recruiters and facilitating summer internships and final placements for our students. It has evolved alongside the Institute's growth, with greater diversity in academic programs and an effort to make quality education accessible to a wider base.

We thank all our recruiters for giving us an opportunity to provide them with the critical human resources, the most essential part of any productive economic activity. To maintain our standards, we have been streamlining our processes further to ensure quality while maintaining fairness and equal opportunity for all our students. With challenging times becoming the norm in the business management landscape, we are committed to evolving to meet the needs of the industry, particularly, and society in general.
