Strategic Thinking & Execution for the Officials of GAIL

Developing Critical Thinking skills which enables the participants to solve complex business problems and proactively plan for the future scenario(s). Participants should be able to develop a holistic view taking into consideration the business goals, lucid action plans with time indicators, future challenges and obstacle management. Participants should also get comprehension challenges and obstacle management.

There were 20 participants participated in this propgram.The participants in this program were the mid-management leaders identified by GAIL from across functional areas.
