Persuading Skills Being a Winner for the IOCL Mumbai

IIM Amritsar organized a Two-Day Management Development Program on Persuading Skills: Being a winner. The program had 27 participants.Nov 02, 2023 to Nov 03, 2023. Program Mode On-site at IOCL Marketing Division, Mumbai Office.  There were 8 sessions in this program. The duration of each session was 90 minutes. Two were prelunch and two sessions were held post-lunch on each day. Participants in this program were Mid Level employees of IOCL. This program was delivered onsite at IOCL Mumbai Head quarters. The program was very well received by all the participants and the program design and coverage was highly appreciated. Another successful delivery of the program helped IIM Amritsar to strengthen its ties with IOCL further in the space of executive education
