Institutional Leadership and Performance Excellence Programme for Heads of ITIs

IIM Amritsar has successfully organised a three-day residential MDP on “Institutional Leadership and Performance Excellence Programme for Heads of ITIs” for the Heads of Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). The training program was in collaboration with the Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, and 30 Heads of Institutions from all over the state attended the program at IIM Amritsar.

The program aimed to strengthen institutional leadership, enhance governance practices, and promote performance excellence across ITIs, enabling participants to effectively lead and manage their institutions in an evolving educational landscape.
