Clinicians As Catalyst Leadership & Team Building for Doctors

The 3-Day Program on Clinician As Catalysts: Leadership & Team Building for Doctors was conducted on-site at AIIMS Bathinda from 11 to 13 March 2026. Clinician As Catalyst is an intensive 3-day leadership retreat crafted to help doctors strengthen collaboration, navigate interpersonal complexities and build high-performing, interdepartmental medical teams. Through experiential activities, case simulations, and reflection-based learning, participants explore the creation of psychological safety, constructive conflict resolution, and effective coordination across clinical, academic, research, and administrative responsibilities. The retreat also develops authentic, value-based leadership and communication skills necessary for teaching, mentoring, and guiding institutional culture. Doctors leave with practical tools, a co-created interdepartmental protocol, and a personalised action plan to elevate teamwork, trust, and leadership impact within their medical college or hospital.
The participants in this program were senior doctors, specialists, and HODs of various clinical specialities at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bathinda.
