Applied Agentic AI for Modern SOC
The program “Applied Agentic AI for Modern SOC” was held from 10 to 11 July 2026 at IIM Amritsar, in collaboration with Securonix, with 22 senior officials participating. The program aimed to build capabilities in operationalising AI agents to improve cybersecurity outcomes. Security operations centres (SOC) are under structural pressure: alert volume growth, adversarial automation, talent shortages, regulatory scrutiny, and board-level expectations for measurable resilience. Agentic AI represents a shift from co-pilot assistance to semi-autonomous and autonomous execution across detection, investigation, response, and reporting.
This program equipped information security executives such as CISOs, Deputy CISOs, SOC Directors, CIOs, and VP Security Operations to:
- Architect AI-enabled SOC operating models
- Manage risk in autonomous security workflows and govern them
- Quantify performance improvements and business impact of AI-enabled SOC operations
- Enterprise-wide scaling for successful agentic-AI pilot experiments
