AI-Driven HRM Redesigning Work, Skills, and People Practices
The one-day workshop on “AI-Driven HRM: Redesigning Work, Skills, and People Practices” was conducted virtually for the students of Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, on 29 April 2026. This four-session certified workshop offered students a contemporary, application-oriented exposure to the intersection of AI and HRM. Structured around four interconnected themes — foundations, work redesign, future-ready skills, and AI-enabled people practices — the programme blends conceptual clarity with industry examples, illustrative organisational practices, and short hands-on exercises. Participants leave with a clear vocabulary, a practical toolkit, and a point of view on how AI will shape their careers in HR.
