Leading for the New Now-Strategies for a Successful Enterprise for the officials of Tata Power DDL.

IIM Amritsar conducted a two-day onsite training program for the officials of Tata Power DDL from 19 - 20 October, 2022.

About the Program:

The way you think determines your actions and reactions to life situations. This has a huge impact on your own assessment of personal success and happiness. So, the good part is that you can train your mind to identify automatic toxic patterns of thoughts, difficult habits, and unconscious biases to discover your real self. This attempt to identify your true human potential will help you identify the right areas of development for yourself and your team. At the pace at which the business landscape is changing, it’s imperative for individuals to know the organization's changing needs and how well one can match themselves to this fast pace of change.

Businesses today are undergoing tectonic shifts due to constant disruptions. Organizations need to adapt to the changing needs of the customer and transform them to sustain competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment. The dynamic profile of the customers, digital impetus and employee engagement, sustainability- led initiatives, the confluence of global cultures, and several other factors have forced the organizations to redefine their value propositions and build solutions for long-term growth and leadership.

This 2 - Day MDP on “ Leading for the New Now-Strategies for the Successful Enterprise” aims to give a practical toolkit to the professionals to know how they can train their brains to alter the mindsets of their own individual selves and the teams they work in. Once they identify those hidden patterns it will be easier to identify and change their own attitudes and be more responsible leaders of the future. Essentially this program will also help participants to demonstrate empathy while designing solutions or products for customers. They will also be exposed to the gamut of the strategy toolkit to navigate a better future for the organization.

The diverse mix of participants will provide a platform to share varied best practices from their organizations and discuss contextual challenges that impact the overall industry. The participants will be exposed to different learning approaches that would affect their decision-making ability.
