The one-day program was designed as a focused, application-oriented training for postal officers and officials. The program aims to strengthen participants’ ability to actively promote and position key postal services, such as Postal Life Insurance, Speed Post, and citizen-centric offerings, by adopting a customer-oriented approach. Drawing from core marketing principles and translating them into simple, field-level practices, the programme equips participants with practical tools to identify target customers, communicate service value effectively, and enhance citizen engagement. Through interactive discussions, role-plays, and action planning, the programme ensures that participants leave with clear, implementable strategies that can be applied immediately in their respective post offices.
The program was conducted on-site at the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Jammu.
