In the era of self-centered thinking when the sense of responsibility towards society and the country is dying out SANKALP is a group that begs to differ. With the motto of "Service to those who serve others" Sankalp provides a platform wherein the budding managers offer their voluntary service in various social initiatives undertaken. Here is a snapshot of a few initiatives taken by the club.

Sankalp Events

• Blood Donation Drive:
  Every year, Sankalp organizes a Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with Kamal Blood Centre, Jalandhar, Punjab, at the hostel. Students at IIM Amritsar donate blood to support this important cause.
• Diwali Mela:
  Sankalp and Mission Deep Trust host a Diwali Mela on campus to raise funds for the education of Mission Deep Trust students. The event features handmade artifacts and local snacks, with all proceeds going toward supporting underprivileged students.
• Blood Stem Cell Donation:
  In collaboration with the DATRI Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry, Sankalp conducts an awareness event where Ms. Anuradha Tandon educates students about donating blood stem cells to help those with thalassemia and leukemia.
• Blanket Donation:
  Every year, Sankalp organizes a blanket donation drive to support people in need across Amritsar.
• Agosh School Event:
  Sankalp hosts an event at Agosh School for Special Children, bringing joy to the children through singing, dancing, and other performances by our students.

By constructive group work, we aim to slowly break the barriers of fear to act differently and nurture individuals who live upto their inner feelings and commitment for the betterment of society.
