Dr. Sweta is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management (OB & HRM) at Indian Institute of Management Amritsar, India. She has a Ph.D. in OB & HRM from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India. She holds a graduate degree in Zoology and a master’s degree in Management (HR). She has also gained a Diploma in Labour Laws with Administrative Law. She has worked with Karit International, Kolkata as an Executive HR, and Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai as a Lecturer. Additionally, she has taught online courses for Avagmah-Pondicherry University.
She has published articles in peer reviewed journals, book chapters, and book reviews; and has presented papers in various national and international conferences. She has also reviewed papers for national and international conferences including Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, and HR Division International Conference (HRIC). She was one of the winners of the “Reviewers Critique Award” at IMRDC, held at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, December 2015.
