HRithvi - The HR Club

HRithvi is the club of Human Resources Management at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar aimed toward the overall development and understanding of the HR domain among management professionals. The club provides a platform for HR enthusiasts to meet, network, share, learn, and implement the best practices, trends, and knowledge. At HRithvi, we are passionate about everything from Talent Acquisition and Performance Management to Employee Well-being and HR Tech.

Yukti: In collaboration with the Industry Interaction Cell, we organize HR Conclave - Yukti, IIM Amritsar's crown jewel HR event, where industry experts from all over India visit and exchange their views about the latest trends and ongoing advancements in human resources.

HRapid Case Competition: Through the Unstop(D2C) platform, participants are provided with existing industry-level HR problem statements. The crux of the event is to test their knowledge of participants' approach to the problem and provide an optimum solution for the case.

Career Clinic 4.0: The traditional guest lecture series where HRithvi hosts the industrial stalwarts to address the students to share their experiences and thoughts to build a better future. The event provides the HR aspirants a channel through which they can clear their apprehensions by taking expert advice.

uHRvi: The annual quiz series consists of several rounds, and the questions are framed to test the student's knowledge of the various HR terms and the happenings in the industry.

EKAGRA: This is our Bi-Annual HR Magazine which focuses on the latest trends and norms in HR and provides a medium for enhancing knowledge of the current happenings in the HR industry. The magazine features interviews from key industrial stalwarts and insightful articles from our professors and peers.

AArunya: HRithvi organizes exciting, ingenious events under the HR banner for the annual college fest. Wearing the HR hat, the participants from various B-Schools across the country compete among the best minds in HR simulation games, solving HR challenges, dealing with biases, and much more.

Apart from this, our club actively engages HR enthusiasts on social media by bringing unique campaigns and social media posts.

The club mentors HR enthusiasts to make sure that they get the best out of their time at IIM Amritsar and boost their confidence in their career choices.
