Course Description

The importance of data analytics is growing very fast across the domains in different industries. Literature indicates organizations are gearing up to leverage their information assets to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, IIM Amritsar through these two courses, Introduction to Data Analytics and Advanced Data Analytics would like to train the graduates towards the data analytics. The courses will help the graduates in finding the job in data analytics field.

Discussing real-time data analytics applications.
Introduction to Predictive Analytics.
Introduction to Excel Macro.
Probability & Distribution; Hypothesis Testing; Multiple Linear Regression; Diagnostic & Remedial; Decision Trees; Classification and Logistic Regression; Cross Validation and Approximation
Introduction to Social Networks - Nodes, Edges, Directed, Undirected Networks; Centrality; Community Detection; Link Analysis & Prediction; Homophily, Strong and Weak Relationship;
Artificial Intelligence Overview and Hand-On.

Eligibility

Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university or institute.

Admission Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their suitability for the course. Candidates will be informed through email if they were shortlisted for the course latest by 20th May 2020. Interested candidates should submit an online application form and submit the course fee of INR 25000+18% GST
